Code of Conduct
We want all members of GCCG to feel able to use the club's web facilities to increase their enjoyment of the club. We would like all members to enjoy a sense of community and participation. By accepting and using an ID and password for this site’s facilities, including the bulletin boards and discussion areas, you undertake to behave in a responsible way which respects the rights and privacy of other members.

In addition you agree that
  • You will not divulge IDs, passwords or confidential information to [those for whom this information is not intended] others : you will treat this information as you would treat your cashcard PIN
  • Intolerance, abuse or other inappropriate behaviour will not be allowed.
  • You will not post any comments or material to GCCG bulletin boards or other areas of the website which are not appropriate to a social group whose focus is classic cars or are defamatory, obscene and/or which could give rise to action against GCCG.
  • Further, if you become aware of such behaviour, you will bring it to the attention of the Committee so that it can be dealt with.

    GCCG reserves the right to withdraw use of the website, and if necessary club membership, from any member where there is evidence of abuse of these rules.

    Your Membership Information
    Your information will be kept in a password protected database accessible only to you and authorised officers of the Club. Limited information, such as your name, login, etc will be available to view by other members of the club. To see this "information" click the "My Profile" page once you have logged in

    Any credit card information provided when paying your subscription is collected and stored by a secure Paypal website and not by GCCG.
